A short history of the kettlebell
The history of kettlebells can be traced back to ancient Greece, where they were used as a form of weight training by athletes and soldiers. The original kettlebells were made of stone, and were used to develop strength and endurance. Over time, kettlebells evolved and became more refined, with metal and iron being used as the primary materials.
